Combining independent consultant work with traditional professional engagements, Leslie Marqua has worked directly with a wide variety of non-profit, arts, business, hospital and industrial clients as well as various volunteer organizations and professional societies.  She founded Hathor Associates in 2001 to serve the organizational and management needs of those clients. Some of Marqua’s representative professional experience includes service as the Managing Director of Olney Theatre Center for the Arts, Director of Planning and Development for the Baltimore Opera Company and General Manager of Theater of Nations, Baltimore. She spent a great deal of time during other decades of her life as part of the leadership team of the Baltimore City Fair.  As a result, she has a deep and lingering affection for carnival rides and fireworks.
